Okay
I have lived here since 1999. There has been good times and bad times. The property has changed hands several times but no obvious improvements. There are not any discounts for resident that have longevity. It is close to schools, eating and shopping, and excellent VIA routes. Pool is nice but the hot tub does not exist anymore. I guess if you need ease of accessibility, it is a great place to live.

I like it at Stone chase
I like living here at stone chase, i just dont like that it’s getting more expensive here to live every year. Other than that i love the staff and the area is quiet and well kept.
