Let’s begin with the negatives. Too many of the washers and dryers are out of service most of the time 6 of 16 is the most that ever worked at any one time. Between March and October the pools are servicable for 30 out of 184 possible days. 2 handycap parking spots are next to stairs and a steep drop off and not next to any type of ramp. Some of the tenants don’t pick up after their dogs so some areas are feces covered for weeks on end. Sometimes when there is a planned water shut off we are not notified, this is inconvenient if you are a shift worker. The trees litter the walkways and stairs with leaves and nuts so much that the leaves if wet are slip hazards and nuts are slip/ankle twisting hazards. On the plus side is the staff. They are always friendly and courtious and do their best to fix issues as they arise, they just may be short handed on the maintenance/housekeeping side. Most of the tenants are not disruptive most of the time. And although the property is old breakdown/disruption in the actual homes are few, it’s the common areas that need major improvements. All in all a good, solid comfortable place to live.

Have had no issues with neighbors or staff.. good enough

I love my apartment the location is perfect for work and its well in my budget the office staff is great and my neighbors are very considerate of my work hours

When having issues with neighbors being too loud with their music, they took care of it, they have some construction and did not avoid the parking, they tell you a head of time when something big is gonna hallen..they are on top..and managed very well.

I have loved living here since i moved in most of the time its quiet which is great since i work nights and its super close to my job
