Decent since new manager

Since cjelsea the new manager has arroved the office staff is all of a sudden knowledgeable and able to perform their daily duties and even answering the phones! As usual, the maintenance staff is by far the best I’ve experienced in every state ive ever lived in. Property has huge potential if they steer to a more working class demographic and keep chelsea.

Review

The management is the key word. I've been to the office to get help with some issues I had, and there was no body in the office. the communication is so bad that it could harm the reputation of this place. management is 3 things 1-planning 2-implementing plans 3-The people. if you lost the people then you wont be able to do the first two parts, and that means you have no management.

Very decent and well tan

I persoanlly have not had a bad experience living here. There are the ups and downs like the reoccuring water issue or weird tenants that slip through the approval cracks and are able to move in, but orher then that this complex is very decent for the area. Every problem ive had, ive taken the measures to address them verbally and written, and the staff from then have fixed every concern. Maintenance team is phenomenal as well. With the removal of the prior manager (Miranda), and bringing in Chelsea, who is actually equipped to pocess the title, things have gotten significantly better just in the short time of her stay. I really hope she is kept here, or someone just as equipped takes over. And would love to see that knowledge and leadership trained to the “assitant manager”.

Preston Peak

I have lived a Preston Peak for 10 months now and I have enjoyed this property. It’s a great location close to the medical center and has big beautiful trees. This property has plenty of access to outdoor activities to burn off some calories wheter that be swimming, walking the trail, playing tennis or volleyball. The staff here are great and helpful! The only down side is the vistor parking is very limited with the new parking system:( Overall highly recommend living here in the quiet and diverse community.
