We like it here very much. It is a very nice com[ex. The staff are just wonderful to have around. If you have a problem they will help you with pleasure, and if it is a maimtenance issue, they will get back to you so quick and fix the issue. They kep the property clean and safe. The neighbors are wonderful and there s always a food truck that comes bye and the office always gives you notification. Thanks to everyone here

The manger is bringing this place down she’s so rude and helpless she sits in her office and does nothing! when We ask for ways to get ahold of someone higher than her she give us her email and does nothing about any issues she won’t even write back. It’s so unbelievable we definitely are throwing money out to this place and we feel completely miserable here when our lease is up I’m writing my review! We hate it here it doesn’t feel like home! I regretted moving in within the first few days! And To the owner, if you truly love this property and want to save it you will need better management! Some people just work for a pay check they don’t care about the company!

I want to thank Daryl for fixing my heater yesterday that wasn't working properly. He promptly came up after I submitted my work order, despite being short on personnel. He effectively fixed the problem in such a prompt manner. He was great and I truly appreciate his service. Thanks again!

A good place to call home. Location stinks because of the constant traffic and noise since it’s right next to the highway. Traffic is always bad since there’s a lot of construction. Maintenance here is the best thing about the complex. Great workers! Staff in the office is always great as well. Amenities are good but not great. A lot of things are broken and outdated. Parking is decent too but not great. All in all, it’s decent value but would be great value if it was a little cheaper or if the amenities can get updated and parking can maybe get better covered parking areas.
