My wife and I love our apartment, the complex is very nice, only complaints are the staff being hard to reach sometimes and slow to get things done. Our roof has been leaking for a year and half, we've asked to have it fixed for a year and a half, still leaking, our living room ceiling has big brown stains and deteriorating sheetrock. We are signing on for a lease renewal but really need our roof fixed!

You are forced ro pay for parking that is not even available. They have dozens of paid parking spots yhey try and sell tou otherwise tou park 2 buildings away in the commerial free parking and have to walk. Cleaning amd maintenance of common aread has disappeared the last 5-6 months. You complain to managemnt and they ifnore the emails. Tou go in oerson and they say theyre looking into it. Still nothing. One levator in my building is aleays broken. The other one wont stop on the main floor so you have to go one floor up or down and walk tonthe end of the building to the take the stairs the other floor down. Cobb webs everywhere. Lights out everywhere. Dog poop everywhere. Loved the place whem i forst moved in but them they chnaged the manager and the place fell apart
