Improvement is Needed

I've lived here with family for several years. There are many things that need to be improved upon. Many occupants are disrespectful of the rules of the Apartments and their neighbors. Some maintenance issues aren't properly addressed the way they should be. This is a gated community that constantly has problems with the gates. You can hear practically everything through the walls and outside.

Actually love living here, personable and attentive staff. Frankly, concerned about the drastic rent increase. Appreciate the consideration and concerned staff. Great help with Maintance, have not had the please to use the all amenities, maybe soon. Thank you, had plans to stay for awhile.
