Any mix of the breeds listed is not acceptable. Service Animals are generally exempt regardless of breed. Management must approve all breeds. A maximum of two (2) pets per household will be permitted with a signed Animal Addendum, a $300 Non-Refundable Pet Fee and a Monthly $20 Pet Rent per pet as specified on the addendum. The price is fair, the apartment is great, and I love having a reserved parking spot. The only things I dont like are the location and merging onto US-90 from the ramp. The complex is very far west San Antonio and the merging onto that state highway, which is constantly busy, is very sketch.
