We accept a maximum of two pets per apartment home and the maximum weight limit for any pet is 60 lbs. Breed Restrictions Apply. No aggressive breeds shall be permitted. Aggressive breeds are identified by the National Center for Disease Control and include, but are not limited to:Purebred (Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Great Dane, Saint Bernard) Crossbreed (Wolf-Dog Hybrid, German Shepherd, Pit Bull Type, Husky-Type ) Prior to approval of your application or before you acquire a pet, you must schedule a “pet interview” with management and provide a certificate of health that states pet breed, age, weight, height and vaccinations received. All pets must have management approval prior to occupancy. There is a weight limit of 60 lbs. We will photograph your pet for our records.Show more

Room for improvement
When making maintenance requests I am always hesitant. The requests are legitimate, but the work done is always subpar. It seems as if the job is not a priority and not completed to the best of their ability. We pay a great amount of rent and feel as if the work could improve.

QUALITY AMENITIES STAFF
WORKING WITH THE MANAGERS AND STAFF HAS BEEN EXCELLENT ALTHOUGH THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO CONTROL EVERYTHING BUT THEY SURE TRY THEIR VERY BEST. THE LOCATION IS EXELLENT, IT IS APARTMENT LIVING AND THE PROPERTY DOES NEED SOME BEAUTIFICATION IN AREAS AND PETS POOP AREAS SHOULD BE MARKED AND TENANTS SHOULD BE REMINDED TO USE THOSE AREAS.

Great experience!
I have lived at The Montecristo Apartments for a little less than a year, and it has been a great experience. All of the staff is amicable and whatever maintenance issue needed, is always done in a timely manner. It's also a quiet place.
