We have lived at the Marquis since July 25. Love the complex and amenities. Maintenance is sometimes stretched thin, but they get it done. Limited parking for handicap parkers. The trash service is great. Office staff is very nice and responsive.

I love living here. It is so quiet and the apartments are beautiful. The gym is a bit dated but still has plenty of equipment. They are always making improvements to the property as well.
