I have lived at the Marquis for 9 years and love my home here. It's located in a quiet residential area and close to major interstates, shopping centers and grocery stores. The apartment leasing and management staff have been wonderful from my first encounter where I needed an extra walk thru for laundry room measurements, to all matters of leasing, insurance, or anything else related to managing my lease. They are also great about emails informing tenants of maintenance, upcoming events, even road maintenance scheduling for adjacent roadways. The maintenance staff is also excellent. The few issues I have had were dealt with in a professional and expedient manor.. The grounds are well maintained, trash picked up in a routine manor and the two pools are always sparkling clear. The Marquis at Deerfield is a wonderful place to live and I can honestly recommend the complex to anyone looking for a new home. Thank you and have a blessed day - Lou

Going on 5 years and still happy that the rent has remained affordable! The grounds are kept very clean and the Maintenace is top awesome in repairs over replacement as much as possible! Staff is also great at communication and helping resolve issues if/when they occur.
