Living experience (the good & bad)

My family and I have enjoyed living at Ironridge for almost a year. It is a gated place, safe, and generally no complaints. The bad is that parking can be quite difficult since many vehicles are allowed per each resident. I forgot the exact number, but it is common that I would have to park pretty far away from my unit. Also, only allowed one guest car so when the in laws visit it can be stressful if you forget to update it right away (needs to be done daily as max is one day) so that is another inconvenience. The staff play by the book which can be good or bad depending on where you stand in the matter, don't expect much flexibility from management. I also received a warning that my (at that time) newborn daughter was crying at night and it bothered the neighbors, I was told to keep that under control... not sure what I was supposed to do but I did receive a few warnings as the baby would cry at night. Also, another warning that when I shut the door it needs to not make too much noise. I just let it swing shut on it is own, so I had to change that to gently slowly shut it, so it doesn't make noise. I am not sure what implications these warning could be but expect to do some adjustments as you will receive random calls from managements about things like that.

Optimal living

This apartment complex is ideal and kept up with for the most part just the parking is on the scarce side and the rental items could be managed better when ti comes to renting out garages or carports. overall the apartments are great and inside they look even better but I will say the only thing to be better could be the parking issues.
