Mold should be cleaned properly and restore the affected parts properly to prevent health issues with the tenants.

This community is in a great place with stores a few mins away. The staff and neighbors are very nice and friendly. The move in was easy and efficient.

Havent been here long, but so far everything has been very positive. Walls/subfloor are very thin and my uostairs neighbor is very loud, also the pool can get bery noisy late at night. Parking is limited. Staff and maintenance have been fantastic!

Many recent changes have gone into affect that in my opinion the least of the property's concerns. Parking has always been fine and I've lived there for +3 years, not all of a sudden I'm limited to my guests and the "parqking" feature is more a complication than benefit. The gym is incredibly outdated, the machines are falling apart/not working, the dumbbells look like they were scavenged off a 15 year old gym closeout sale, the dog park could use an upgrade. The clubhouse has undergone a renovation in what seems to not even be much of an upgrade. That money could have absolutely gone into the gym instead. The only 2 bbq pits need replace or major repairment and I could go on.
