I have lived in SATX all my life, 2 homes, but many apartments as well. It was truly a blessing to find Boulder Creek in the area I was wanting to move as well. The Management is very very attentive, I usually deal with Yvette the asst. mgr. she is so personable ready to help, extremely patient and giving, and her main goal is to make the tenants happy. Fatima, Mgr. as well easy to contact, meets all expectations. Maintenance is great, property area is pleasant, the Pool!!! Always sparkling clean, Gym and Restrooms very clean, Noise level very pleasant, everyone is so very friendly, walking the property saying hi, probably because they are happy Boulder Creek is their residence same as I. The Office is always sponsoring events for adults and kiddos, very nice and thoughtful. I am very happy to be a part of this wonderful property!!

Like that you can actually walk around the complex and see other people walking and jogging. Like that there's a dog park for all the pets.
