Ok but could be better

Its been good but management has changed twice in two years and there is a lot of turnover with staff. Not particularly happy with néw management. They dont make sure residents comply with rules of non smoking and picking up after your pets. Elevator isnt clean most of the time. If there is any issue , it will take months to solve or get a response with the new “ we have to put in a ticket” process. Also there is no computer room .
