Verified Resident

There is very little spirit and comradery left.

Too rigid on somethings while banging everybody on items that should be directed to a few. Weekend parking is still an issue. Guests not parking up front and taking prime spots for residents.

Way too many emails to the entire population about pet compliance! I do not have a pet. Take pictures of those owners who dont comply and go directly to them about their infraction!
