I was excited about this property but there has been nothing but problems from the beginning - errors with the lease, missing information from lease, no working toilet for a month!, constant billing issues and no response from management for explanations or corrections. Then when you walk the property, it is not kept clean. Turned into a complete disappointment and looking forward to moving out.

I was enthusiastic about renting at this property and understand its still somewhat new, but do not feel I am getting my money's worth with issues as soon as I moved in, services paying for but not consistently receiving and property manager is non-responsive to inquiries and complaints.
