Disappointed
Wish i would had taking more time to look for a place, instead of making this first pick. Common areas,hallways,stairs,elevators very nasty and smells. Not a comfortable place at all
Everything you could want
I have been living here for 3 years now and I love it. The size and value of the apartment is worth it. They keep their front staff, so there is not much turn over which i think helps with keeping the property up to standard. The maintenance is friendly, it ebbs and flows due to how they have to order parts (thats corperate’s fault not theirs) but overall they are on it. The pool is always working and clean and the noise is reasonable. Its overall a clean place and neighbors are friendly and try to be respectful & helpful. Location is amazing as its central to north dallas. The pool side of the complex has a constant waterfall sound which is an amedity in itself. I feel safe here and the parking is always easy. You will become a central market foodie for sure and sams member, the gas pump across the street is always a plus.

I have lived here 5 years and there hasnt been much reinvention but i guess the stability has been consistent.
