I was beyond exhausted looking for a new apartment for a couple of months, and then that all changed when I first came to Carrington Park and into the office and met Dawn. Even though they were about to close for the day, she was incredibly kind and helpful; she took the time to help me find the apartment I wanted. It’s rare to get people that care that much these days. I can’t say enough about this complex, it’s absolutely gorgeous! The apartments are very spacious and the grounds are stunning, especially compared to what I’ve been seeing out there. I couldn’t wait to call this place my new home! Dawn is by far one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She is amazing at her job, she listens to you and your needs, genuinely wants to help you succeed in finding you the right new home. So, I’ve been living here a couple of months now, anytime I've had a question the entire office staff has always made me feel welcomed, and any issues that have arisen have been resolved quickly…also all the Maintenance Team is also Awesome! You need to come down and see her; you will not be disappointed. Dawn and Carrington Park are amazing!!

Maintenance responds fast and the property is clean and quiet, I had a guest whose car was towed and they were parked uncovered. The office staff said they sent an email explaining the parking policies and they would forward to me. I have yet to get it and I have called 4 times. No my calls are going unanswered.

Living here is very peaceful. Every one at the leasing office is very helpful. The maintenaince is amazing . The only thing that is not annoying are the kids playing around in common arears
