Carrington Park and staff are amazing!! When I first came to Carrington Park they were about to close for the day and Dawn was incredibly kind and stayed late to help. She listens to you and your needs, genuinely wants to help you succeed in finding you the right new home. It’s rare to get people that care that much these days. I can’t say enough about this complex, it’s absolutely gorgeous! Spacious apartments & the property is stunning, especially compared to what I’ve been seeing out there. I’ve been living here a couple of months now, I love calling Carrington Park my home! Also, Ms. Vanessa, the property manager is by far one of the sweetest people I you’ll ever meet, she really cares about her residents. Anytime I've had a question the entire office staff is great. Big shoutout to the Maintenance Team…they’re are on their game here, really Awesome! You need to come down and see them here at Carrington Park

I was honestly a little hesitant to move here because I had lived in a house for over 16 years and needed to downsize. I looked at several different options, but I chose Carrington Park because of the location, the school district, and especially the staff. Everyone has been so friendly and always willing to help whenever needed. Most importantly, the property is generally very quiet, which was something I really appreciated. Moving from a single-family home to an apartment was a big adjustment for both me and my daughter, but I’m so glad I made the move. I’m about to sign my second renewal, and I haven’t regretted my decision for a single day. Carrington Park has truly felt like home, and I’m happy to be part of the community.

I just moved in but I am loving it. It is so quiet and peaceful.

I love living here! Its a beautiful property! Office staff is phenomenal. Maintenance is always quick to respond. Parking is a bit difficult to find in the evenings so i invested in a carport which has made parking so much easier.

I was beyond exhausted looking for a new apartment for a couple of months, and then that all changed when I first came to Carrington Park and into the office and met Dawn. Even though they were about to close for the day, she was incredibly kind and helpful; she took the time to help me find the apartment I wanted. The apartments are very spacious and the grounds are stunning, especially compared to what I’ve been seeing out there. I couldn’t wait to call this place my new home! Dawn is by far one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She is amazing at her job, she listens to you and your needs, genuinely wants to help you succeed in finding you the right new home. So, I’ve been living here a couple of months now, anytime I've had a question the entire office staff has always made me feel welcomed, and any issues that have arisen have been resolved quickly…also all the Maintenance Team is also Awesome! You need to come down and see her; you will not be disappointed. Dawn and Carrington Park are amazing!!
