Lived here 11 yrs well maintained and done in timely manner. Staff very nice but there is Poor communication when something or someone needs to go in to apartment for reason other then Maintenance work. Grounds are maintained well. They charge for trash pick up that Hardly is being used. The area has alot great shopping .

I have lived at the Villas of Spring Creek for three years.All of the staff are so accommodating especially the maintenance requests completed the same day. Elizabeth is so helpful in the leasing office and a very safe community.
