second time around
I have lived here just over a year now and would have moved if I was able to. I lived here previously and this place has really gone down hill.

Good and bad
It's been plesent living here. Especially with a fireplace in the winter. The appliances are old and unreliable. My refrigerator has died on me twice losing food both times. Can't get reimbursed without receipts. If it happens again I'm going to have a drawer full of receipts.
