Could be better
A/c worked half the first month of moving in. Was told several times it would be fixed and readded to the list. Only one side if the kitchen sink works. No notices given when mantaince stops in to apartment. Door is damaged.
Great Apartments
This is my first ever apartment and have loved every moment living here. Everyone is nice, kind, and courteous. I have no conplaints as issues are dealt with quickly, other tenants are respectful, and many useful ameneties are offered.
Alara Apt Review
I moved in December 2021 and currently still a tenant. I have had comfortable living experience thus far. I do not speak with management much but when I do it seems there is always a new site management team. It was a quite living community, however now it "appears" overcrowded in the East Parking lot, the parking spot are not wide enough you have larger vehicles that park close increasing the chances of vehicle door damage.
