Update: (2/1/2024) I was told every time they called my phone, it went straight to voicemail. EVERYTIME???? No voicemails left. Asked why a letter wasn't left at my door and was told "I'm not going to knock at your door for every little thing". I was also informed they "lost" my key and I needed to provide another. Alex informed me of all of this TODAY!!! I expect some form of retaliation so, I called corporate. It's above me now. Lease started 11/1/2023: Let me preface buy asking why am I charged late rent fees for a product that is less than advertised? Who charges the apartments for late maintenance? I deserve to I my late fees forwarded to the next month. Garbage disposal hasn't worked since I moved in. Manager put in a request a month ago while I was standing there. Now I don't see none of them (4). Bathroom leak, Kitchen leak, Broken disposal, dishwasher floods. Amanda (manager) said she put them in AS I STOOD IN FRONT OF HER. I had to fix my own door, deadbolt, and caulk the door frame where someone kicked the door in before I moved in. I have time to review today. Do better Alara. Have a good day.

Lease started 11/1/2023: Let me preface buy asking why am I charged late rent fees for a product that is less than advertised? Who charges the apartments for late maintenance? I deserve to I my late fees forwarded to the next month. Garbage disposal hasn't worked since I moved in. Manager put in a request a month ago while I was standing there. Now I don't see none of them (4). Bathroom leak, Kitchen leak, Broken disposal, dishwasher floods. Amanda (manager) said she put them in AS I STOOD IN FRONT OF HER.
