Some other types of pets such as hamsters, birds, reptiles, ferrets, turtles, and fish are allowed. Tropical fish must be limited to a 20-gallon tank. Max number allowed applies to all types of pets. Pet fees apply only for cats and dogs; pet fees do not apply for other types of pets. Our community is pet friendly, and certified service dogs are allowed.
