I really enjoy living here. The neighbors can get pretty loud, but doesn't bother me any. I always find parking, the managers are quick to respond, and it's a cute apartment

I’ve never resided at a residence where you sign a lease for 825 and wound up paying $900 a month I have a nice apartment other than that besides the price it is that OK place to live

Management doesn’t care about the tenants only what the property looks like in some places on the outside. It is like the old saying they are trying to put lipstick on a pig. When I viewed an apartment here and signed the lease I did like the open design of the kitchen however within a month or two I could see the cheap patchwork they have done in between tenants. They use some cheap product to paint the material on the countertops which looks like particle boatd. The same goes for the flooring throughout the apartment. It seems to have been painted to look like wood flooring but its rubbing off in spots. It took 4 months to get the lock changed on my storage closet. They send out emails to tell you what you can and cannot have on your patio/balcony because they constantly mention the appearance of the community but on borh sides of the steps leading to my building it looks as if someone is trying to tunnel their way to another country by hoing under the building. They decided to start a valet trash service after I sogned the lease without giving the option to decline and they charge for it even though I DO NOT use it because I’m not far from the dumpster. They add on something every month so your rent goes up every single month....approximately an additional $75 and that does not include the electric since it’s obviously a separate bill. I am looking forward to the end of my lease and if the opportunity arises I will leave even eatlier!
