Lived here for years. Then went to Iraq almost 4 years. Came back and moved back in about a year later.

Best maintenance team ever! The previous apartments I’ve lived in would take days or even weeks to get around to maintenance requests and the team at Summer Brook fix things immediately. My a/c broke today and they got it working perfectly by the time I was home from work. I love living here and my only regret is I didn’t move here here years ago!

Morgan and London are a wonderful management team. Maintenance team is great and very prompt. The community is quite, friendly, and helpful. If your in need of a nice apartment in a great location, Summer Brook is the place.

I've been here for about 2 years and I knew as soon as I toured that I was going to nest and settle in here. I love being against the Borman Trail so I can walk with my dog. The staff is friendly, and communication with them is always timely. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly. Most important: I feel safe. Overall- very pleased.

I’ve been living at Summer Brook Apartments with my girlfriend and it’s an amazing and friendly place to live! London and Morgan are always making our stay here fun and engaging! Plus! There’s a beautiful hike trail right behind the property! We use it almost everyday!
