Very rowdy and angry neighbors live here and the buildings are falling apart inside and outside. Not a pretty area at all, and community is getting worse but appreciate affordable 2 bed in inflation society for now

This property hasn't had a consistent manager in YEARS!! The new staff says they care, but there is ZERO follow through. There is 3 people in the office to manage HUNDREDS of units. Nothing ever gets done because of this! They are spread thin and because of this, they don't care like they should. This is our home!!! WE LIVE HERE!! The neighborhood is falling apart and when you try to complain, they don't have time to listen, let alone the resources. Save your family some stress and heartache - Valley Oaks is not worth the trouble.
