Not worth it

This property hasn't had a consistent manager in YEARS!! The new staff says they care, but there is ZERO follow through. There is 3 people in the office to manage HUNDREDS of units. Nothing ever gets done because of this! They are spread thin and because of this, they don't care like they should. This is our home!!! WE LIVE HERE!! The neighborhood is falling apart and when you try to complain, they don't have time to listen, let alone the resources. Save your family some stress and heartache - Valley Oaks is not worth the trouble.

Review

It was okay living here but no matter how many times i asked for maintenance they never came or didnt care . Management has its pros and cons but not impressed. Would not recommend this place to anyone. But it was a a plave to call home but glad im moving on to my first house that me and my kids deserve.
