Survey
The only main complaint I have is every time you call the office it just rings rings rings and half of the time nobody's not even in there pertaining to new tenants the staff is in there but no tenants or possible tenants when I go in there
UNHAPPY
Too many hidden fees I was not informed about in the many texts and emails I received.. I would have never signed up to pay $31.00 a month for trash. Plus, trash is not picked up on the weekend when the majority residence are home. My vehicle was towed because I was not given a parking sticker, I didn't have to pay to receive my car but I missed 6 hours of work and I had to pay for a ride to go pickup my vehicle from the Tow yard. Also the parking rules states no double parking and headin parking only..BUT of course there is a LARGE SERVICE VEHICLE that double parks everynight and parks on top of the curb but NOTHING is said about THAT!!! WE suppose to OVERLOOK that and PRETEND we don't see that!! I am rethinking my living arrangements for Oct 2021!!
