UNHAPPY

Too many hidden fees I was not informed about in the many texts and emails I received.. I would have never signed up to pay $31.00 a month for trash. Plus, trash is not picked up on the weekend when the majority residence are home. My vehicle was towed because I was not given a parking sticker, I didn't have to pay to receive my car but I missed 6 hours of work and I had to pay for a ride to go pickup my vehicle from the Tow yard. Also the parking rules states no double parking and headin parking only..BUT of course there is a LARGE SERVICE VEHICLE that double parks everynight and parks on top of the curb but NOTHING is said about THAT!!! WE suppose to OVERLOOK that and PRETEND we don't see that!! I am rethinking my living arrangements for Oct 2021!!

Decent complex

If the walls weren't so thin, random bugs and mosquitoes didn't frequently find themselves in your apartment, there was a stricter pet policy and the complex was more up to date I would have no complaints.

Great complex, horrible neighbors

Pros: Ample parking for residents. The ladies in the leasing office are great, maintenance is super fast, and there are lots of resident activities for neighbors to get to know each other. The inside of the apartments are spacious and newly renovated with new appliances, super cute. Lots of residents have friendly doggies and will let you pet them. Cons: Not much visitor parking. The fitness center is only open during office hours. Noisy neighbors like to argue/play loud music at all hours of the night. Gunshots regularly at night and the police don’t even bother to come check it out. I don’t know what happened to the night patrol that was promised. SO MANY STRAY CATS!
