Good place to live, but getting expensive.
Friendly staff an maintenance people, I hate not be able to find a parking spot when I come late from work.

location, reasonable, awesome team
been here almost 3 years. I love my Apt, if you treated with pride, it becomes a home. All the Staff are Awesome. nice, always helpful, the Maintenace team are great. request in within 24 hr. they are fixing the problem. only reason for the lower Noise score is Not their fault. it's from the road.

No serious issues
I haven't had any serious issues with the complex or staff, they do the best they can, besides the constant boiler issues, its an older property and that is understandable. The other tenants are the issue, they have no regard for other residents, they don't pick up after themselves or their animals. they throw trash /food in the parking lot and i mean bags of trash from their homes in the parking lot or right by the dumpster instead of in it. Broken glass on sidewalks or in grass makes it hard to let your children play or walk your animals. Maintenance is constantly trying to keep up with the issue but it is never ending and if i were them i'd honestly probably have quit.
