Positive: The new staff are very friendly and gives a warm welcome whenever I have had to pop in and pick up a package or pay my rent. I noticed a big improvement in the maintenance staff over the last 3 1/2 months. I had put in a work request to replace my a/c filter and to unclog my bathroom sink, it took almost 4 months to have completed, thank you to Mr. Mike and Mr. Kevin for taking care of that. Negative feedback: The parking garage being shut down for over 2 months, especially during the holidays. It was nearly impossible to have my guest find parking with the minimal open parking. Overall, I love living here and plan on renewing my lease in the spring (depending on increase amount).

I enjoy the apartment and the community. There needs to be more places for people to put dog waste. There are only 2 places. The mail box trash and the dumpster.

So far I really enjoy living here. The residents are chill, there is usually parking for my guests and my son and I really enjoy the pool. The reason I picked this place is that the walkways are lit and always landscaped so it feels safe and easy to walk around. The staff is helpful and listens. Best part of all, there are 2 charging stations for my EV. There is some noise at the gate, but it's because my apartment is near the entrance, if you get an apt further in you won't have that issue. I like to where I am though since it's easy access and I can see when my guests arrive.
