I currently live the grand at upper Kirby the location is amazing the staff and maintenance are all so friendly and although I have been here for a short six month it has been a splendid six month. I definitely recommend this place to anyone look for a place.
Nice Location but Needs Improvement
I have lived here for more than two years. Since the new management has taken over, the maintenance here has definitely gone down. I'm ashamed to invite guests to visit in fear of the trash litters and animal droppings/pee everywhere. Previously there was a concierge cleaning company that maintained the living area every day and it would be rare to see this type of trash around. That company was released after the new management team took over but they never replaced the service. It's unsightly and I really wish I had not renewed my lease.
