The apartments here are nice but for the rent that I have to pay it could be better. Parking is now a hassle for guests due to the updated parking policies. Having to put soneone on my lease if they stay longer than 2 consecutive days is outrageous. Maintenance here is good, very fast and helpful. However overall it doesnt seen like the complex as a whole a maintained and cleaned especially in building one. The walls here are very thin. I can hear whats going on in my neighbors apartments without even trying. Especially upstairs. I’ve made noise complaints about my neighbor upstairs but it doesnt seem like much of anything is done. Because my neighbor is still ridiculously noisy. For the cost of this apartment its not worth all the issues. I would more than likely not renew my lease.
