Unhelpful

Although I love the location and the unit is very nice, there are several problems here. The neighbors next to me have 4 people living in one unit along with multiple dogs. This creates very a very noisy environment. Additionally, the house was painted so haphazardly that my back door shuts poorly. Many appliances and amenities are very dated. There appears to be some sort of leak IN THE BOTTOM FLOOR because when it rains my bed gets wet. Also a dishwasher would be nice. I locked myself out of the apartment on a Sunday, and no one was available to help me out

Going On Ten Years and Loving It

Great space in a great location, reasonable rent with a fantastic management and maintenance team (Littlepage Properties). Ten years and never a single problem. I am never leaving this place.
