Too many dogs and their pops no resident care

3720 W Alabama St is a great property, however the reason why there is such a huge turn over of residents moving is due to the ridiculous increase in rent every year. I moved in at a great rate on unit 2206, but then when renewing came around, I was advised that rent would increase by more than $100 and as a single parent, I strive to save money and keep more in my pocket because I want to follow my own dreams and aspirations. So in order to save money I moved into another unit 5201 instead, and when renewal came around, the rent was going to be increased over $100. At this point I was living in this community for two years. Although, I loved the atmosphere, and the events they would have for us, and the unit was ever so comfortable, I had to part ways with Gables, as their unfair rent increases left nothing else in me that I desired. Saving money is key for most, and I knew I wasn't going to be able to do that here. Just because I get a raise at work or better my career, doesn't mean that I am okay with rent increasing this much. I understand it is the area of River Oaks, but that can't possibly be the excuse all the time. It is not like there are improvements or extra added amenities to the community to justify such increase. To conclude, I loved it here, but please do not increase rent like that, and maybe more residents will stay, and not move out. It's such a hassle to move out; keep abreast that people no matter where/who they are deserve to live in a comfortable and nice area too. Best wishes to Gables, in hopes that things improve without the big wigs greed getting in the way. Listen to your residents/future residents/your employees feedback. Do that, and you will continue to have loyal residents and employees! Thank you!

Really very good without noise and very easy to park really I have no complaints

This apartment has been a great place to live—clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The management is responsive and friendly, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transit. Neighbors are respectful, and the building feels safe. Highly recommend!

It has a very convenient location. The maintenance is very fast. The amenities are well taken care of; the pool is always clean. I have enjoyed my time living here.
