Love living here!

Have lived here 2 years. Staff is always friendly and available; any maintenane issues are immediately addressed; 24 gym fits any schedule; the complex is well maintained and looking and smelling nice. I have not had any issues. Location is great too; so many shops, restaurants, and freeway so close makes everythig accessible.

770 Apartments

Living here has been great so far. There have been minor inconveniences, but they are usually resolved same or next day. The only gripe I have is sometimes people are at the pools after 10pm. Not a big deal but people who get up at 6 or earlier like a quiet atmosphere. Parking has been good so far, people go a little fast and they don't turn wide enough around corners, but that is minor as well. I wish the gym was a touch bigger, could add huge value to have a squat rack and real bench for those who take their fitness more seriously. Pool is great, location is great, general noise level is great. I like that the hallways/stairs are all indoors. Great appliances and overall feel!

The apartment staff is amazing

The leasing office and maintenance staff are amazing. The maintenance requests are always picked up and completed quickly mostly within few hours, max within a day. I'm loving the experience so far!
