Exceptions to the deposit and fee requirements (including any Pet Profile fee) and the number, weight and breed limitations will be made for approved, qualified assistance animals. . I have lived here for a little over a year. Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff and management has been disappointing. They seem more focused on finding ways to charge extra fees rather than providing fair and consistent service. Policies are not applied equally, some tenants are allowed to transfer between units without an additional cost or having to rerun their application. While I was told I would need to pay nearly three times rent just to change units, despite being told they would "work with me" when it came to an available unit of my choice and transferring my application to the next unit, from the moment I had moved in. Which was not followed through even after completing a year lease. It is also loud , especially at night, which has made living here stressful. Maintenance does not come unless you specifically request it, including basic maintenance like changing the air filter, cleaning the air vents and basic pest control. On top of that, my unit has poor air circulation the A/C mainly cools the living room, leaving the bedroom and bathroom hot and uncomfortable. I have spoken with neighbors who have moved units multiple times due to similar issues, so it seems like there is inconsistency across the board. Overall, while I have met great people in the community, the management and basic maintenance have made living here a challenge.

Best in the Energy Corridor

Can't do better then this for the Energy Corridor. Clean, prompt service, hallway remote controlled. Newer community in Energy Corridor can't compete with 7 Seventy. Application process was very strict with online identity and that was the final satisfying feeling for me. Being a single woman I feel safe with all of my neighbors.
