Alright apartments
Its been ok. Nothing special… can probably find something better for the same price!
Very peaceful community
I've had the pleasure of residing in this apartment community, and it has been a truly wonderful experience. Here are some key points about this peaceful oasis with excellent amenities: Pros: Top-Notch Amenities: The amenities here are not just good; they're fantastic. From a well-maintained pool and fitness center to communal areas for socializing, I've found everything I need right within the community. Friendly Neighbors: The community has a great mix of residents, and I've been fortunate to have friendly neighbors. It adds to the overall sense of peace and belonging. Prompt Maintenance: Any issues that have arisen in my apartment were addressed promptly by the maintenance team. It's reassuring to know they're responsive.
Great Place to Live
Have lived at Parc at Garland for 3 months. Love the aesthetic of the apartment buildings and the property and the location right next to I-30 is wonderful. Have been pleasantly pleased with the turnaround by maintenance in handling service requests. I just shared information about these apartments with a young lady on yesterday who is looking for all the amenities that Parc at Garland offers. The improvement I would make would be additional trash pickups because seeing the garbage outside of the trash bin all on the ground plus furniture is an eye sore.
Best Quality Apartments
Where to begin! Absolutely fantastic staff, beyond helpful with every step of the moving process. Clean complex, safe, with a beautiful luxury pool and a gym that has more than you’d expect. The community within is peaceful and friendly. You fit right in without any issues. I’ve never enjoyed a better place than at the Parc At Garland apartments!
Not as great as I expected
I have lived here for one year after moving from out of state. The complex is very nice and well kept. The neighborhood and residents are not what you would expect for a gated community. Loud cars, loose animals, children running around unsupervised and the pungent aroma of narcotics is constant. I was hoping for a better living situation, considering I pay $2,500 a month to live here. Will be moving at the end of my term.
