Would move if finances allowed

I've lived here for several years. Here with the change in ownership to multiple management changes. Each change seems to be worse than the other. Maintenance workers are new and not enough. Work orders take months, if it's not considered emergent by their policy, you live with broken windows and showers.

Great place relocate Your family

This property is amazing. The staff is wonderful. If I have any complaints, they will come and fix it no problems It’s very if you’re moving out of town this to relocate is the great place to start over with your family

The maintenance takes a long time to get to work after filling up a request. It took us a year to finally get our blinds changed.

So far so good. Not much to complain about. The only thing that went wrong is that I turned in the check off list but have had any one come out to fix what I turned in.

Akita, Bull Mastiff, American Stafford Terriers, Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Huskies, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Alaskan Malamutes, Bloodhounds, Doberman, Chow Chow, Cane Corso, Wolf-Dog Hybrid, and any mixed breed that includes restricted breeds, dogs with specific defensive or attack training and any dog with a history of biting are strictly prohibited. Exotic pets and reptiles are also prohibited.
