Overall satisfied
I've lived here for 2 years and 5 months. Overall, I would say that Palm House is a fairly pleasant place to live. The only complaint that I have is that when I need to talk to someone in the office, and I only call maybe once every two months, if that, and never call unless it's something I need to know within an hour or two, I can never get a response other than to leave a voice mail. That would be fine, but it's always hours the next day before I get a response. Sometimes I have to call twice. The best thing about Palm House in Fort Worth is that it's nice and quiet a far as neighbors between apartments.

We are very pleased with the apartment. Everyone is very nice. Very quiet. Love the kitchen.
