Great place

Great apartment and amenities. Location is excellent as well. Lots of turnover with management team, some are not friendly, but overall a desirable place to live.

Great place to live

The apartment is excellent! I live in the first building and it looks like a nice hotel. I love high ceiling, parking garage and especially my one-bedroom apartment. The gym and the pool look really good. I will update this post with photos when I use them. The staffs in leasing office and the technicians are friendly and really helpful when you got a problem. You can count on them! (Thanks Ricky! ??)

The Best Place To Be With Extreme Value

I’ve been here for going on 3 years and I’ve had my up’s and downs, but what I will say is that this location is perfect if you love or need Convenience. As soon as I thought about moving, I realized that there was not another place out there that compares to Capitol At Stonebriar, for the price, the location, the upkeep of the property and the staff and more!! I just have to say that I Love Stephanie the Manager she is a perfect Manager, and it is always a pleasure to work with her! LaCharra is a pleasure to work with, Victoria is so Patient and Great to work with, Jason is very very Knowledgeable and maintenance is professional and gets things done, Steven, Quin, I’m thankful for their quick responses to my needs. Great living spot in frisco

Great apartment to live in if you want to live close to the shops, stonebriar mall, and the star. Management goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The building is fantastic with amenities to coincide with it. Highly recommend to anyone looking in the area that doesn’t want to deal with management drama with a luxurious apartment.
