Not much to review
The apartments are a decent size , but are far from luxury. Other than hearing the highway traffic it is relatively quiet. The amenities are non existent snd the two offered (gym and pool) are either closed for repairs or monopolized by the small kids…(like its 10 to 15 of them) Overall as a transplant to tX i assumed the rent was comparable but i later found out i can get a lot more for what i pay here.BUT had i not been verbally attscked by the staff and had to file a bbb complaint to get resolved. I would have renewed for another lease

I have lived at this property now twice and I have enjoyed it both times. I appreciate the staff, the well-kept apartments and the respectful neighbors. Both experiences have been great, and I will always recommend this property!

Move-in made easy.
The move-in process at this apartment was seamless and stress-free. From initial paperwork to key handover, the staff ensured a smooth transition. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. With clear communication and attention to detail, the experience exceeded expectations. only issue i see is that outdoor Maintenace is bad. you can find dog poop all over.
