Nice place. Rarely any issues. But if anything every happens around the grounds or any maintenance, it gets solved quickly.

I have lived at MAA Frisco Bridges for about four to five years, and unfortunately, I have seen a clear decline in the quality of management and maintenance over time. The previous management team was excellent, but the current management has not provided the same level of care, professionalism, or customer service. The property is not being maintained the way it should be. Maintenance response and overall upkeep have been disappointing. For example, the key fob system often does not work properly, and shared amenities like the club area and pool table are not well maintained. These issues make it hard to feel that the rent being charged is justified. What is even more concerning is the overall environment. There have been negative experiences that feel unwelcoming, including incidents that come across as discriminatory or unfair. Management also does not always seem humble, respectful, or genuinely concerned about resident satisfaction. This apartment community used to be a good place to live, but in recent years, it has changed for the worse. Based on my experience, I do not feel the current level of service matches the rent residents are paying.

Dog urine and poo everywhere un the walkways and sometimes I can smell weed inside the building. This is disrespectful.

No complaints. It was peaceful, great location and good value. Everyone was always helpful. Maybe some constructive feedback is that the pool was always used by non-residents and they would leave trash behind.

Decent place to live. They could do better with fixing the "secured" garage door. The couple of years that I have lived here it is not working properly. 90% of the time the door stays open. The hallway could be cleaned more frequently especially because we are paying for a community fee. The onsite maintenance crew is fast and reliable. The front desk agents are helpful however they don't have much room for negotiation. Also the speed bumps in the garage are intense.
