Recent Flood
Recently, my apartment(only been here 2 months) experienced a flood, and the repair process took 9 days. The inconvenience was substantial, and despite the significant disruption to my living conditions, the offered compensation was only $200. My rent is $2,750 a month. I expected a more equitable resolution given the circumstances. Timely and fair compensation would have better reflected the impact on my daily life during this incident. “The apartment is sill habitable” is an unacceptable comment to a tenant.

Perfect place Perfect location
I am signing my 5 th year lease and LOVE it. Its quiet, parking is easy ,the parks around us are amazing and during the blizzard and quarentining,I never went nuts, because I was able to walk around all over. Maintenance is so amazing and the property manager Staci makes it run as smooth as it does.Shes the BEST! (and mind you I am a leasing agent in a Carrollton property) The pool makes you feel like your on vacation somewhere and you have acess to both gyms but the newer one is the better one. Bright and full of everything you need. Def rent here!
