These are some good apartment I always find parking for my guests and its quiet the office staff is Amazing I Love it

Newly renovated, new staffed. Just newer everything. More positive attitudes and friendly faces. New leasing agents that listen to your needs and understand you. They ar very friendly hardworking. There’s never a dull moment. There’s always something to participate in at The Arwen”s. Even if its bingo, crossword puzzle contest or donuts n coffee day. Come on now, who can resist coffee on a Monday. Nice location! Minutes away from downtown. Lots of takeout restaurants in the area. AMC Movie theater 3.6miles away. Hulen mall 4.1 miles away. Best bars 7th street!!! Six flags in Arlington minutes away from the Dallas Cowboys Stadium. There’s always plenty to do in the area.

Ive been staying here almost a year its been good staying her its just peoplw dont clean up aftet their pets and i hate that we have to start registering our cars its easy to forget

I have lived here for 4 years and ive had a few problems but they have been resolved through office staff and maintenance staff now we have a security officer which is great.
