Gateway oaks has been excellent. The ladies in the office are always pleasant and willing to assist. The maintenance staff,the best in town. To sum it all up Gateway oaks has been one of the best apartment complex I've ever lived.
Frustrated
The Door to get into our building has been broken over two weeks now. Our stair well need to be power washed and cleaned on a regular basis. Its always trashy. My nrighbors upstairs is very noisy. My neighbors fown stairs smike so much weed it comes through our vents and my house smell like weed. Im very frustraited and tired of walking all over the complex trying to get into the place that I pay almost $2K/month for and my key fob thing dont work.
