I’m pretty happy here at Avilla Oakridge. They maintain this property very well. I like that I have a small backyard and it’s a Villa instead of an apartment….which I appreciate. Its location is very convenient. The pool area is nice. Very thankful!

This has been the best experience , renting a home in Avilla Oakridge. The neighborhood is so quiet nice & peaceful. All of my neighbors have either been extremely friendly or just keep to themselves. No issues. The home itsself is beautiful & perfect very quaint & spacious. Equipped with all of our needs. The pool & grill is my favorite spot. The keyless entry , smart home feature is my favorite. Maintenance is always timely. Breklyn is always helpful in the front office. The weekly food trucks comes in handy on nights i dont want to cook. I walk around the complex at night & the pond up the road in the day time. The water pressure is good , the lighting is great , the sunlight shines thru into almost every single room in the house & the blinds can also block out the sunlight if need be. I love the entire place. the central air & heat is perfect , my house always feels perfect temp when i get home. The gated community makes me feel safe. i've never had a package stolen or mix up. This has been a great year at avilla !

Breklyn the leasing agent is amazing! She made me feel welcome from hello. She is very kind and patient. She answered all of my pesky emails swiftly. She never left me hanging. Unfortantly I was unable to move in due to unforseen circumstances but I wanted to take the time to leave her a reveiw because she made all the difference in me choosing the location. My only complaint with this company is not being able to receive my $750.00 refundable depost back and again Breklyn handled the situation with grace! Thanks Breklyn!!
