Awaiting end of Lease
While at first we loved it after dealing with the property manager on just the first time we cant wait for our lease to be up. As well as damage to our unit that falls under management/property repair nothing has been done since initial complaint months ago (yes, we tried filing more than once on the matter). I have spoken to other residence who have the same view and issue as it turned out on the management. This issue will lead to worsening unit damage as well as a huge health hazard. There is never any parking so 90% of residents park on the opposite side of the complex to where their unit is. The two maintenance men are fantastic and so kind I will say but I believe there is more work needed from occupants than is reasonable for just two to handle. From what I see they're over worked! Needless to say im so saddened by the events and situations to not want to sign another lease because as first time Home Renters we were ecstatic about Avilla Oakridge in the beginning
