apartment is great, and all amenities are great. it's noisy, there is no sound good proofing between apartments. parking spots are not enough or not much near by apartment building. rent price is little higher than you excepted.

We have lived here almost 2 years and just resigned an 18 month lease. We like it here for the Staff, the amenities, except the pool is not open year round. We have no problem neighbors and the area is pretty quite. We live on the bottom floor, so there will always be some noise from above. Now that we have most of our beginning issues addressed, we would and have already recommended our community to others.
