Lived here in the courtyard are for 2 years its nice and quite the pool is nice in the summer too

We have lived at Alvista Galleria for almost a couple of years now and minus a few minor issues, we love this complex, the people and seeing all the other pet families! I wish Alvista would host more resident functions. Perhaps, an annual local business-sponsored event where vendors set up small booths or tables to promote & sell their products &/or services. Or a beginning of summer pool party. Maybe a spring meet-your-neighbors gathering with beer, wine and appetizers. Overall, we’re pretty happy living here and glad to call it home!

I enjoy living here for the most part. I will say, the walls are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbors and people in the halls. I do wish they’d take up the carpet in the halls because they smell extremely bad and are stained, makes the place look bad.

My husband & I are coming up on 7 months at Alvista Galleria and this has definitely been the best apartment living experience so far. All leasing office employees and maintenance team have mostly been very responsive to inquiries, maintenance issues and concerns. The property is beautiful and the Alvista crew are always so nice! Only a couple items that we have: A) Some of the unit #’s on the stairwell or hallway plates are directing people the wrong way. I’ve had many Door Dash delivery people get so lost & turned around that I’ve had to go find them, because of this. B) We’ve addressed to Alvista team that a neighbor blares their stereo on & off throughout most days, but this does not seem to have been resolved. The music is so loud that it vibrates the floors & walls…sometimes starting at 8 in the morning. Other than those couple items, we love living at Alvista Galleria!!
