Overall Communication
Lived here 12+ years. Overall communication is weak. When there is an issue, things go quiet. Don't know when will be fixed. Know zero about new apartments going up, how many?, when start/complete? is an example.
Unsatisfied
The complex changes Management constantly, which causes maintenance issues being delayed or never being resolved. Maintenance is a major issue with the complex and no one takes accountability.
Dog park and washeteria
The dog park is falling apart, half of the washers don't work properly, and half of the dryers just don't work at all. All this money and you can paint the buildings and add some fancy door lock, but what actually needs to be fixed has been ignored for years. I noticed at building 8 where the tree used to be that was uprooted from a bad storm and was removed, but nothing has ever really been done to fix the spot where the tree used to be. It just looks really bad out there and I wash it was dug up and like maybe replaced with something to make it look better at least.
