Near 183, 360 and 121 highways. In the center of metroplex near DFW Airport. Beautiful trees and parks.

I like my apartment and the location of the complex. Maintenance seems to be the main issue. I see a lot of items that need repair all around the complex that haven't changed since I moved in. Non-working light outside my apartment, another light that works but is hanging by the wires. There is an outside light outside my balcony that blinks. I have noticed what seems to be leaking or broken pipes in 3 different places. My dishwasher has been out for almost 3 weeks and my microwave just went out. I don't want to wait a month for a microwave repair or a new microwave. I enjoy the complex as a whole; however, there are several things that are lacking in the maintenance and general maintenace.

I am a.6.5 year resident. The Location was excellent for my job. The fact I was home only ten days a month made all the other short comeing tolerable. The filthy breeze way, flooded muddy parking lot, dead fire hazzard grass, fees on top of fees, has finally forced me to not renew my lease. But what bothers me the most is management’s dishonesty ( the Lies )
