Almost Great

you need to even out and level the lawn where it lower than the sidewalk and very very dangerous spot if you don't see it also there is a tree limb that needs cutting in the same spot it is a very dangerous spot on your property. This is something you need to take care of before someone gets hurt. This is front of the building of 3701 pinnacle circle. Please do something fast.

Good and bad

The apartment staff was great. Matinance was quick to respond but did have repeating problems. Parking for visitors was not the best. No issues with paying of rent or fees. Very friendly staff.

Nice community

I have lived in Hillcrest for 9 years. I like my apartment and location; maintenance guys are nice and helpful; office staff is awesome; appliances need to be updated; hardly ever any visitors parking so I rarely have company.
