All of the added fees that is not mentined before you move in is bit too much. The increase in rent every year with no updates to the inside of the apartments is not idea. Maintenance is always timely and does excellent.

I like that the location is close to my job and to the DFW airport. I like the spacious unit we have and the garage. I wish management would upgrade their appliances. They are older models. When I lived in Mansfield, I had a very nice washer and dryer. It even had a delicate cycle. The washer and dryer at Avenue 900 are not the best and malfunction. The handle in the guest bathroom tub is outdated too. There should be a separate handle for the cold and hot water. When turning the handle counterclockwise, it also increases the water pressure. There have been issues reported to management about a sewage smell from the bathroom sinks. Some maintenance requests felt like it was not taken seriously and the issues still exist. I am also not impressed with the vendor's work on the floors. There's residue left over and will not come off the floor. Management should send someone from their team to examine the work.
