maintenance is really bad besides that everything seems ok. They are increasing my rent and apparently told me that before I signed my lease but that never happened

I have lived on this property for 21 yrs. I've seen managers come and go. Especially their ideas for the property. Some were good, but some were bad like right now not so good.

When I moved in this apartment complex was one of the best I've ever stayed at. Maintenance was fast, Quiet and Peaceful, Office staff was the best. NOT anymore. Now it takes forever to get anything fixed. You hear tow trucks going in and out of the complex all night taking people's cars. Overall, it has just been run into the ground with the new changes and people.
